Wedding & Event Band Information

Our Services Include:

  • Emcee covering all events of the evening
  • Band arrives 1 1/2 hours prior to start time or cocktail time for set up. Earlier set up is available for an additional fee.
  • If due to the logistics of your activities during your wedding or special event you need us to set up early, but wait to perform, there’s an additional fee. Hours are consecutive. Example= 1 hr. cocktail time-6-7, followed by 4 hour reception 7-11.
  • Music during our breaks.
  • Full Professional PA Sound System accommodating up to 800 guests.
  • Pre event Planning the details of your event, unless you’re working with a wedding planner.
  • The latest LED Dance/Disco Stage and floor lighting.
  • Tux for formal events with your vest color choice of either red, green, silver, creme, turquoise, black & gold, purple, yellow, lime and black.

Event Requirements:

  • *Stage area should be a minimum of 16’x20′
  • Electrical power- 2 separate 10 amp circuits.
  • Client needs to provide the closest load in door available to the area where the band will perform.
  • Outdoor events need proper cover from rain and other weather conditions
  • An area or greenroom suitable for the band members to change their clothes in.
  • A meal and non alcoholic beverage would be appreciated for weddings and special events.
